By translating disposable, functional and mass-produced objects into a material traditionally associated with refinement, fragility and permanence, the project shifts their status and perception. What is usually consumed, used or discarded becomes precious, ornamental and strangely ceremonial.

Through porcelain and reflective surfaces, the series explores ideas of fragility, representation, repetition and domestic consumption, turning the banal into an object of contemplation.
